Dr. Bognar has developed and facilitated professional and organizational development programs in strategic planning, emotional intelligence, leadership, team building, communication and influence, conflict resolution, and the influence of personality styles (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) in the workplace for employees in private, public, and nonprofit organizations for nearly 15 years.
Dr. Bognar completed her doctorate in public administration focusing on organizational development and communication at The University of Akron. She joined the faculty at Cleveland State University in 1997 where she served on a joint appointment to the Department of Communication and the Levin College of Urban Affairs. She began consulting on a full-time basis in 2001.
