left). The letter must be on official
letterhead and contain the student's name as
well as the course title, date, and tuition.
Paying online using MasterCard, Discover,
American Express, or an electronic check.
Please note that beginning July 1, 2005, online
payments made by credit card will be charged
a 2.9% service fee.
Continuing
Education TERI Loan
A continuing education loan through TERI is
available to students enrolled in Cleveland
State’s noncredit Continuing Education
courses. For more information, visit

Discounts
If three or more individuals from the same
organization register together for the same
course, you'll receive a 10% discount. CSU
Active Alumni Association members may receive a 15%
discount for all non-credit courses when
they include a copy of their membership
card with registration. COSE members
may receive a 15% discount if they include
their membership number. Adults age 60
and over may also receive a 15% discount.
Discounts must be requested at time of
registration. One discount per person
per course. Note:
Some selected courses are excluded from
discounts.
Tax
Deductions for Educational Expenses
You may be able to deduct the cost of
educational expenses. Please check the
deductibility of courses with a tax
professional.
Withdrawal/Refund
Policy
Your
course fee will be refunded or your bill cancelled
if you withdraw from a course based on the
following policy. Call (216) 687-2144 or stop
by our office to withdraw. You may also arrange
for a substitute to take your place.

We
will send you a confirmation notice if we
receive your paid registration at least one
(1) week before class begins. If you

CEU's
The Continuing
Education Unit (CEU) or its professional equivalent
will be awarded for successful completion
of applicable courses. CEU's are nationally
recognized as a measurement of participation
in continuing education programs. One CEU
is equivalent to 10 clock hours of instruction.
To earn CEU's, you must attend at least 80%
of the scheduled program. Consult
course descriptions for courses approved for
professional credential renewal.
Parking
Parking is available
at the Cole Center located at 3100 Chester
Ave. Parking is $4. Enter the lot from E.
30th. Parking at West Center is free.
