Patricia Fairman picture

Patricia Fairman, 1st Grade

Pat earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Dayton in the areas of special education of cognitively handicapped, outdoor education and grades 1-8. After graduation, Pat attended John Carroll University and obtained certification in teaching students with both emotional and learning disabilities. She returned to John Carroll University in 1992 to obtain her Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Pat enjoys travel, having visited many European countries. Pat hopes to visit China in the coming years. Pat has taught for 26 years in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.

Lindsey Glass, Planning Center

Lindsey attended the Robert E. Cook Honors College at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a teaching license in English Education. She previously taught for six years in the Erie Pennsylvania School District. During that time, she obtained her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Gannon University. In 2010, Lindsey and her husband moved to Cleveland so that she could pursue a Ph.D in Urban Education (specialization Policy Studies) from Cleveland State University. In the spring of 2012, she was awarded a CSU Center for Urban Education fellowship and is also an adjunct professor in the department of Curriculum and Instruction. She hopes to graduate in May of 2015. During her free time Lindsey enjoys being outdoors, road trips, taking photographs, going to concerts and hanging out with her wonderful husband and two dogs.

Kate Grzelak, 4th Grade

Kate is a graduate of Edinboro University in Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in education. She also has a master's degree in Education from Cambridge College. Mrs. Grzelak has taught 15 years in the Cleveland Schools and has had the pleasure of teaching all grades from K-8. She has a passion for technology and Social Studies. When she is not teaching, she enjoys time with her husband and three boys. Her 4th grade blog is located at .

Janice Fields-Pohl picture
Janice Fields-Pohl, Music

Janice received her undergraduate degree in violin performance from the North Carolina School of the Arts and Cleveland State University. She has performed with Johnny Mathias, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, YoYo Ma, Babyface and many other others. Janice’s responsibility is music instruction at Campus International. A fan of lake Erie, Janice spends her free time with her four children.

Mary earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University. In 1994, she received her Master's Degree in Elementary Education with a reading endorsement from Baldwin Wallace College. She has been teaching for 19 years. Along with her passion for teaching she also enjoys spending time with her husband and son on the golf course, cycling and watching the Steelers.

Sam Glickman, 4th Grade

Samantha received her teaching degree from San Francisco State University and her Masters from Marygrove College. After working in the San Francisco Public Schools for 9 years, she moved back to her hometown (Cleveland) and taught in the Cleveland Heights City Schools for 7 years. She is thrilled to be at Campus International as both a teacher and a parent. She has a son in first grade.
