Cleveland State is pleased to partner with Lorain County Community College and the University Partnership to bring our bachelor degrees to the community college campus.

PARTNERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

If you can say "yes" to every statement below, you are eligible to participate in the Cleveland State Partnership Program.

  • I am intending to complete (or have completed) an associate's degree
  • I am planning to complete my bachelor's degree through Cleveland State University
  • I have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 (including transcripts from all schools attended)

You can apply to Cleveland State online or by downloading the undergraduate admission application. Partnership students ALSO need to download the Partnership Application Supplement Form.

In addition to the admission application and supplement form, you must also submit a copy of official transcripts for all colleges and universities attended.

An official copy of your high school transcript must be submitted for financial aid purposes.

TRANSFER CREDIT EVALUATION

YOUR FIRST STEP TO TRANSFER! Through the Cleveland State Partnership Office you can receive an unofficial assessment of your college credits so you can see how they would apply to your program of interest.
