Partnership Admission Process

Students applying to one of the Cleveland State University partnership programs need to complete: a CSU undergraduate application, a Partnership Application Supplement form and submit official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended.

Cleveland State University offers Multi-term Registration. Degree seeking students are able to register for an entire academic year at one time! Multi-term registration provides you with the opportunity to:

  • Plan ahead for the classes you need for the entire academic year.
  • Secure your fall, spring, and summer semester classes at the same time.
  • Register Now: Pay Later - tuition for future terms will not be due any earlier!

Partnership Eligibilty:

Students are eligible to participate in a Cleveland State University Partnership Program if they can answer "yes" to every statement below:

  • I am intending to complete (or have completed) an associate's degree through Lakeland County Community College.
  • I am intending to complete my first bachelor's degree through Cleveland State University.
  • I have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 (including transcripts from all schools attended).

An official copy of your high school transcripts must also be submitted to Cleveland State University for financial aid purposes. 

Partnership applicants can waive the csu admission fee!
Step 1: Apply online to Cleveland State University
Step 2: On the payment page of the online application, select "pay by mail" option, then click submit payment.
Step 3: Do not mail application fee
Step 4: Download, print and submit the Partnership Application Supplement Form (instructions on form) to verfiy fee waiver.


*Early College/CCP (College Credit Plus) students - should contact the Partnership Coordinator regarding their admission process.
