From how to maintain the momentum of employee engagement to changing the culture, employee engagement in Sustainability initiatives has proven to be essential in the implementation of sustainable business practices. Employee engagement initiatives are an ever-evolving process that requires the building of shared commitment throughout an organization. In essence, it requires change, organizational change.

Join Gregg LaBar, Andy Powell, Elena Stachew and Argerie Vasilakes as they discuss national trends, specific best practices for employee engagement at conscious companies and provide examples of regional and national organizations that have harnessed the power of employee engagement.
