Daria Roebuck, September 2015Daria L. Roebuck is a 1980 graduate of Cleveland State University’s Monte Ahuja College of Business. She currently sits on the CSU Foundation Board of Directors. She is a former Chair of the Visiting Committee for the College of Business and Executive in Residence.  She was a 2011 inductee to the Monte Ahuja College of Business Hall of Fame, recipient of 2015 CSU Distinguished Alumni Award, a 2017 Distinguished Alumna at her high school alma mater, Saint Joseph's Academy, has been an active member of GlobalTarget at CSU and mentor in international business and active mentor for MBA students.

Daria recently retired as Vice President, Human Resources for ERICO International Corporation, a leading designer, manufacturer of precision-engineered metal products serving global niche product markets in a diverse range of electrical, construction, utility and rail applications.

She joined ERICO in 1995 as Director, Human Resources for North America, was promoted to assume responsibility in Latin America and Europe and eventually worldwide responsibility in 2000. She was responsible for human resources activity in 30 countries.

Prior to joining ERICO, Daria was Director of Human Resources for U.S. Retail Group, MIDIAL N.A. and Kay Jewelers, Inc (previously J.B. Robinson Jewelers) where she had responsibility for management of recruitment, employee relations and training and development. She has 35 years of experience as a human resource professional in service and manufacturing. 

Daria completed an expatriate assignment in the Netherlands and has traveled extensively throughout Asia, Australia, Europe and Latin America.
