The Operations and Supply Chain Management Department will be offering the course Negotiation Strategies for Managers during Spring Semester 2013. This ten week course will run from January 13 through March 13, 2013 on Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 9:30pm at the West Center.
Negotiation Strategies for Managers will cover various tools, techniques, and strategies to negotiation with suppliers and vendors, and to generate winning contracts. This course will count as an elective for MBA students.
The course will be taught by Amy Gress, the president of the Purchasing Managers Association of Cleveland.
