Human Performance Improvement (HPI) Certification

As a training and development professional, not only must you continue to improve the bottom-line and economic value of what you do, you must function in real time and offer the appropriate interventions to ensure that your organization performs successfully in an increasingly fierce global arena. You are moving from being a training provider to a workplace learning and performance consultant. The HPI Certificate Program will supply you with the skills you need to succeed in this vastly changing industry.

Cleveland State University, in cooperation with American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), presents the Human Performance Improvement Certificate Program (HPI program). Composed of five individual courses, the HPI program is designed for all training and development professionals, as well as for preparation for the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) certification examination.

Recertification

The HPI program is an excellent way for PHR, SPHR, and CPT certified professionals to maintain their certification. A Certificate of Achievement will be awarded to participants who complete all five courses.

New Schedule Format

To accommodate your busy work schedule, we have put together a new convenient program format which consolidates course work and allows you to complete the entire HPI program within eight months. Classes are held Saturdays from 9 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Each HPI course is $875. Save $250 by registering for all five parts.

Materials, parking and breakfast are included in the cost.

Refund Policy

Registrants who cancel will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee if we receive written notification at least one week before the scheduled lecture.

HPI courses are held at the Nance College of Business Administration,1860 E. 18th Street, Cleveland, OH 44115. Parking is complimentary in the West Garage (WG) located at the west end of campus, between Euclid and Chester Avenues.
