Organizations institutionalize sustainability by building systems and implementing processes and procedures. They overlook sustainability at the very heart of the organization—their employees’ personal sustainability.
The sustainability of an organization will plateau congruent with the personal sustainability of its employees. Personal sustainability is not about how much they recycle on the job or at their house. It means how genuinely sustainable are they in their daily life—at home and at work; i.e., what is it that sustains them from within. Your personal sustainability will determine how effective you will be at home and at work.
Discover how to determine your personal sustainability with other fellow CSU alumni at the next Speaker Series event: Find Your Personal Sustainability with David Cowen. This event is sponsored by the CSU chapter of Society of Women Engineers, CSUAA Engineering Chapter, CSUAA Business Chapter, and the CSUAA Urban Chapter.
Reservations are limited, so please call early to reserve your seat for this professional and personal enrichment seminar. Certificates will be awarded to all participants.
