The following policies and guidelines are designed to assist you in the preparation of your course registration permission request. Before submitting the below requested form, please review the below policies to ensure its completeness and accuracy, and make sure you append any documentation that you wish to submit in support of your request. Any online form that is submitted without all necessary and relevant information will be returned as incomplete.
Students must complete the below online form in order to receive permission to register for courses in which they receive an enrollment error in Campus Net that states the appropriate prerequisite(s) have not been completed.
Common course registration permission request may occur if:
Student attempting to enroll in a course that indicates prerequisites have not been completed and meeting the following conditions are eligible to have their permission request reviewed /approved directly by their advisor
Students will be contacted via telephone or email regarding the results of the permission request within one business day.
