Bachelor of Business Administration Degree Program

BBA Lower Division Requirements (pre-Fall 2008)

Lower division requirements include the lower division college core courses and general education electives required by the University. Students must complete these freshman and sophomore requirements in order to meet upper-division prerequisite requirements. Students should complete courses in the recommended sequence.

  • BBA students may declare their major upon completion of the lower division requirements.
  • BSCIS students may declare their major upon completion of the following: 1) Calculus with a "C" or higher, 2) CIS 260 with a "C+" or higher, and 3) earn a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.

The student is responsible for ensuring the appropriate selection of electives to satisfy the requirements of their intended major.

NOTE: Requirements for students beginning at CSU in Fall 2008 have been modified due to the University's change in the General Education requirements.  Please see an advisor for the BBA Lower Division requirements if you were admitted in Fall 2008 or later.
