Department of Operations & Supply Chain Management

Operations & Supply Chain Management Major (pre-Fall 2008)

Operations management concerns the way organizations produce goods and services. The Operations & Supply Chain Management Major within the BBA degree program prepares students to assume positions in the production or service operations of business organizations and should enable them to ultimately assume managerial positions in a wide variety of for-profit or nonprofit organizations or governmental agencies. Students interested in pursuing graduate studies in the future will also find that the program provides a strong background in quantitative analysis.

Faculty

The Department of Operations & Supply Chain Management is responsible for the OSM Major. The faculty regularly publish in top quality journals and present their research at conferences around the globe. They are also excellent teachers who care greatly about the quality of the program and remain active in curriculum development.
