Students minoring in OSM must satisfy the requirements in levels 1 and 2 below.

OSM Minor Required Courses

Level 1: Any two of the following three courses:

• OSM 201 Business Statistics I
• OSM 202 Business Statistics II
• OSM 311 Introduction to Operations Management

These three courses can be waived based upon proof of prior equivalent course work. Normally, these prior courses should not be taken more than five years before the declaration of the OSM minor.

Level 2: At least 10 credit hours from OSM upper-division courses (not including OSM 311).

Recommendations

Students minoring in Operations Management must take the following courses:

Level 1: OSM 201, OSM 311

Level 2: Any three or four of the following: OSM 312, OSM 313, OSM 412, OSM 413, OSM 414, OSM 415, OSM 417, OSM 419, OSM 421, OSM 422, OSM 425, OSM 427, OSM 431, OSM 433, OSM 435, OSM 445, OSM 448.

Students in the business statistics concentration must take the following courses:

Level 1: OSM 201, OSM 202

Level 2: Any three of the following: OSM 312, OSM 431, OSM 433, OSM 435, OSM 445, OSM 448.
