Human Resources Management Minor

Management is no longer only the job of managers. Regardless of your chosen occupation, you will be called upon to build teams, organize projects, meet budgets, gain consensus from others and take advantage of new opportunities. You may be a great engineer, artist, technician, therapist, scientist or journalist, but if you don't know how to manage, your career success will be limited. Consider a Minor in Human Resources Management.
