Daria L. Roebuck is vice president, human resources for ERICO International Corporation, a leading designer and manufacturer of precision-engineered metal products serving global niche product markets in a diverse range of electrical, construction, utility and rail applications.
She joined ERICO in 1995 as director of human resources for North America. She assumed responsibility for Latin America and Europe, and worldwide responsibility in 2000. She is currently responsible for human resources activity in 30 countries.
Prior to joining ERICO, Daria was director of human resources for U.S. Retail Group, MIDIAL N.A. and Kay Jewelers, Inc. where she had responsibility for management of recruitment, employee relations, and training and development. She has over 30 years of experience as a human resource professional in service and manufacturing.
Daria earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Cleveland State University in 1980. She serves on the Visiting Committee of the Monte Ahuja College of Business and as a mentor for the College’s GlobalTARGET program. She is a trustee and executive chair of human resources at St. Joseph Academy and is a member of the Northeast Ohio Human Resources Planning Society.
