Steve Kirk is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Lubrizol Corporation in charge of both Lubrizol Additives (LZA) and Lubrizol Advanced Materials (LZAM) business segments.  The Lubrizol Corporation is an innovative specialty chemical company that produces and supplies technologies that improve the quality and performance of our customers' products in the global transportation, industrial and consumer markets.

Mr. Kirk has held various positions at Lubrizol, including President of Lubrizol Additives and Vice President for Lubrizol’s Fluid Technologies for Transportation division.

Mr. Kirk received his MBA from Cleveland State University in 1998 and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Business Administration degree from Cleveland State University in 2007.  He also holds Bachelors and Masters degrees from Cornell University.

Mr. Kirk is Chair of the College of Business Visiting Committee at Cleveland State University.
