Mr. Hallsman joined MotorVac in August 2001 and became Chairman of the Board in 2004. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President at both PIA Merchandising Co. and SPAR Group Inc.; two leaders in the retail marketing services industry that merged. He also held executive positions at Con-Way Western Express (CF Inc.), Dolco Corporation (Dow Chemical, USA) and Eaton Corporation.

Mr. Hallsman is a graduate of Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and he pursued a second degree in General Engineering at Oklahoma State University along with other postgraduate studies.

He is a member of the Equipment Manufacturers Council of the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association.
