The Nance College of Business Administration is located in Monte Ahuja Hall, at the west end of the Cleveland State University campus, along the Euclid Corridor, making it convenient to access via highway, mass-transit, or on your bicycle.

Built in 1995, Monte Ahuja Hall features a six-story atrium surrounded by classroOMS, offices, and study areas. This beautiful and functional building is a wireless internet connection hot spot and includes such amenities as executive-style classroOMS, adjacent parking, and a café. The building’s natural lighting and thoughtful design create an environment conducive to individual study as well as group interaction.

Future improvements to Monte Ahuja Hall will include landscaping improvements to create outdoor study areas in the nearby green space, as well as the installation of a large suspended sculpture in the atrium.
