Benoy Joseph is Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor of Marketing at Cleveland State University's Monte Ahuja College of Business. He specializes in services marketing, strategic market planning, consumer behavior, and business-to-business marketing.
Dr. Joseph earned the bachelor's and MBA degrees from the University of Dayton and a Ph.D. in marketing from Ohio State University. Before entering academics, he worked in the marketing division of NCR Corporation. Today, Benoy is active as an administrator and professor in the MBA program at Cleveland State. His research has focused on various service industries and his articles have appeared in a variety of national and international marketing journals including Business Horizons, Journal of Advertising, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Health Care Marketing, and Journal of Professional Services Marketing.
A consultant to various business and nonprofit organizations, Benoy has conducted strategic market planning seminars for nonprofit organizations and professional service businesses and conducted customer and employee satisfaction studies and public opinion polls for business and public sector organizations.
