Four areas of the College of Business received Civic Engagement Grants, presented at a reception on January 29th. Applications for the grants, ranging from $2,500 to $5,000, were submitted at the end of the Fall 2013 semester to the Office of Civic Engagement and made possible through a gift from the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Foundation. Grants were awarded to 20 CSU faculty members and four CSU student organizations. Read More »
MLRHR graduate student, Anna Gibson, was selected to receive a $5,000 SHRM Foundation Graduate Student Academic Scholarship. Nearly 150 applications were received from across the country for this extremely competitive scholarship. Anna's accomplishments, scholastic ability and leadership potential made her stand out from other applicants. CSU's MLRHR students consistently shine with the SHRM Foundation. Last year, Olga Nagdaseva received this distinctive award.

Each Fall Semester FIN 612 students are challenged to bring forth a concept utilizing skills that are developed in the Real Estate Investments Course and then pitch that concept to a group of Real Estate Professionals as their semester long project.
