Artist Statement

The title of my show is Physical Graffiti. I think the title is appropriate in that the works are a bit rogue. They may appear to be undisciplined at first glance, out of focus and not very serious. I’m not a graffiti artist per say. For me, the word graffiti denotes destruction. My visual influences are vast and they express themselves quite literally, depending on the subject matter.
