"Latcho Drom" (Safe Journey)
In honor of Jan Yoors Gypsy heritage, the Cleveland Institute of Art-Cinematheque will present Lacho Drom, the spellbinding film that traces the migration of Gypsies through space and time from the deserts of India to contemporary Europe. Filmed in France in 1994 and directed by Tony Gatlis, this film is in the language of Romany with English subtitles.
