Mentee Acknowledgement: By submitting this application you agree to serve as a mentee in the STAT Alumni Mentoring Program for the 2010-11 school year. As a mentee, you shall be responsible for contacting your assigned mentor and agree to meet with your mentor at least 2 times each semester.
