Summer 2010 Calculus for Free Application

June 21-July 30, 2010

The Honors Program and the College of Science are sponsoring a free Calculus I course to be offered this summer. This course will begin on June 21, 2010 and will run through July 30, 2010. Eligible students are incoming Cleveland State University freshmen and continuing high school seniors who are ready for Calculus I as demonstrated by placement or completed coursework. Students who participate in the course must also be registered for at least 15 credit hours for the fall 2010 semester. Preference will be given to students who register for Calculus II and University Physics I in the fall.

Students will receive credit for the course through the credit by exam process. The fee for credit by exam is $20.00. The final exam will constitute the exam for course credit.
