monitor your academic progress, provide support and key referrals across campus as needed

Jagoda Benic-Novak is a proud CSU graduate who enjoys working with a diverse student population. She received both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Cleveland State. Jagoda has years of experience working with CSU students as a tutor, peer mentor, SLA leader, and adjunct instructor. What Jagoda enjoys most is showing new students how to be successful in a University setting. In her free time, Jagoda enjoys live music and taking her dog Pixie on adventures in the park.

A native of Vlore, Albania and a proud two-time alum of Cleveland State University. Marina earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology and Master's degree in Adult Learning and Development. During her time at CSU she worked as a Peer-Mentor with the Trio/Student Support Services program and also interned in the Monte Ahuja College of Business undergraduate and graduate Advising Offices. Marina enjoys assisting students and helping them as they progress towards graduation.

Midori Lebron is a proud Cleveland native and first in her family to earn a degree. She attended Baldwin-Wallace College and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree double majoring in Sociology and Criminal Justice Studies. As a result of her curricular and co-curricular involvement she decided to pursue a career in higher education. She chose Bowling Green State University and earned her Master of Arts degree in College Student Personnel. She is excited to be a Viking at Cleveland State University.

Monica earned an Associate of Arts degree from Cuyahoga Community College, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Tiffin University, and a Master of Arts in Sociology from Cleveland State University . She has worked in several capacities in higher education, as a Success Coach, Academic Advisor, Adjunct professor in Sociology and Supervisor of the Assessment & Testing. She has a passion for working in higher education particularly where she can make an impact on students' lives.
