Healthy Conflict-Is It Possible? [Bak to top]

Do you wish you could change or alter your reaction(s) when faced with conflict?

The Social Security and Medicare Workshop is intended to provide you with valuable information to prepare for retirement. This seminar will be presented by a representative from the Social Security Administration (SSA) and will provide information regarding the process for Social Security and Medicare.Topics to be covered during this session include:

The “Sandwich” Generation

Do you feel like you are pulled in different directions caring for your family?
Does caring for others create stress for you?
Do you take care of yourself to enable you to take care of others?


The purpose of this workshop is to provide tips and techniques for people that are regularly caring for others.  The “sandwich generation” refers to working adults who find themselves caught between the demands of caring for aging parents and raising their children. This workshop focuses on ways to make this demanding life style manageable.
