Cleveland State University offers a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits program to full-time faculty and staff members. Your benefits package includes retirement, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance and medical and dependent daycare flexible spending accounts (FSA) benefits. In addition, we provide generous paid time off plans including vacation, sick time and holiday pay. You are also eligible for tuition remission. In addition, your dependents become eligible for tuition remission after you complete program eligibility requirements.
